There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent Realtor. In my opinion, the most important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations and concerns of different home sellers and buyers. This ability can only come through really caring about people, together with a whole lot of practical experience and education.
That said, I've found that this ability to listen and be sensitive to my clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything I do in my real estate work serves this objective in one way or another
